MARRIAGE LICENSE APPLICATION
Applications submitted without all required documentation will be rejected.
Please use the form below to submit a marriage license application from the Town Clerk's Office. Please note, an in-person appointment will be required to complete the marriage license application process.
In addition to submission of this form, each party to the marriage must present the following:
If the above documentation is not in English, the document must be translated pursuant to the specifications as set forth here.
Please allow 5 business days for review of your online marriage license application. Please note, appointments are currently booking approximately four (4) weeks out from the approval of applications.
If the prior marriage ended by death of a spouse, a certified death certificate must be presented listing the applicant as the surviving spouse
Proof of Dissolution of all prior marriages must also be presented at time of appointment.
Translation from bona fide business, university, embassy or consulate
Translation on company, university or government letterhead with original document attached
Translation completed from the original document, not a scan, fax or photocopy
Translator must attest to accuracy of translation and competency to translate the specific language
Translation must include translator’s original notarized signature
